1-1 Powerlifting Coaching delivers personalised, expert guidance tailored to each lifter’s goals, experience level, and needs. Communication is consistent through messaging support, video feedback and progress tracking using performance data and training sheets. The service includes individualised adjustments and recovery strategies to optimise results. With ongoing support and precise, data-driven programming, lifters can consistently progress and reach their goals.

Nutrition Coaching

Motion nutrition delivers personalised guidance tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and performance needs. Whether you prefer a structured meal plan or a macro-based approach, your plan evolves with you through weekly check-ins, ongoing support, and biomarker tracking to monitor progress and make data-driven adjustments.

Communication is consistent through messaging support and regular check-ins, ensuring individualised strategies that optimise performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing. With a structured yet adaptable approach, this coaching provides the precision and flexibility needed to help you stay on track and achieve long-term success.

Physiotherapy

At Motion Physiotherapy, you can expect a full assessment of your impairments and limitations and be prescribed an individualised, evidence-based and anecdotally backed treatment plan. We will also collaborate with your coach to provide a well-rounded intervention, and to get you on the road to recovery and functioning pain-free.

In-Person Coaching Sessions

In-person powerlifting coaching provides a tailored experience to optimise your performance and enhance your skills. Our expert coaches utilise a person-centred approach, focusing on your individual strengths and areas for development. Each session prioritises assessment and optimisation of technique, progression, and injury prevention, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.

£50 per session

Lifting Technique Consultations

Our technique analysis service is aimed at lifters looking to optimise their squat, bench press, and/or deadlifts through real-time biomechanical assessment and feedback. During the session, we closely observe and implement strategies to improve the lifting technique, providing feedback for implementation and explaining the reasoning behind it. You will receive a follow-up email with detailed recommendations, exercises, programme adjustments if needed, and a breakdown of targeted cues that will be provided to enhance performance.

Club Programming

Club programming is an all-encompassing service that blends high-level coaching, detailed performance tracking, and expert physiotherapy into a premium training experience.

The program supports lifters of all abilities by maximising their strength development, refining technique, and managing long-term development while helping to minimize the risk of injury.
