The onboarding process starts with an initial consultation, where we discuss your goals, experience, and any specific needs you have. Following this, you'll complete a physical assessment, which may include submitting videos of your lifts (for online clients) or an in-person evaluation. Based on this information, we create your initial training program and set up a schedule for regular check-ins. You’ll also receive access to your training program, where you can track progress and communicate with your coach.

Communication typically happens through video calls or messaging apps, and you'll submit videos of your lifts for form analysis. In-person coaching offers hands-on guidance, real-time feedback, and the opportunity for us to make immediate adjustments during your lifts. Both formats are effective, but the choice depends on your preference for direct interaction versus flexibility.

We begin with a comprehensive assessment that includes evaluating your current strength levels, movement patterns, injury history, goals, and available equipment (for online clients). Based on this assessment, we design a personalised program that includes tailored exercises, volume, intensity, and progression strategies. The program is regularly updated based on your progress, feedback, and any changes in your goals or circumstances.

Progress is monitored through regular check-ins, where we review your training program, lifting videos, and any other relevant metrics like body weight or fatigue levels. Online clients can expect to submit videos for form analysis, with detailed feedback provided via video, voice notes or written reports. In-person clients receive immediate feedback during sessions. We also track your performance data to adjust your program as needed, ensuring continuous improvement.

Outside of training sessions, we offer ongoing support through WhatsApp. This may also include nutritional or physiotherapy guidance is part of your package, tailored to your goals and recovery strategies to optimise performance and prevent injuries. You’ll have access to our online community to connect with other lifters, ask questions, and share experiences. Additionally, your coach is available to answer questions or concerns via WhatsApp.

If you experience an injury or setback, we immediately adjust your program to focus on recovery while maintaining your overall fitness. This might include modifying exercises and, if necessary, working with our in-house physiotherapists so they can provide guidance on rehab and recovery protocols. The goal is to help you recover safely and return to full training as quickly as possible.

The cost of our coaching services varies depending on the level of support you choose, whether online or in person. We offer different packages, ranging from monthly plans to longer-term commitments, with discounts for extended plans. There is usually a minimum commitment period (e.g., three months) to ensure we have enough time to make meaningful progress.
